Getting the job done
You hire us on an hourly basis as opposed to paying a full or part time employee. This saves you money as you do not need to pay for training of new staff. Our skills enable us to get the job done. You may, from time to time, need to briefly show us how to do something (eg. show use how to use your software if it is not a platform we are familiar with), but we are all fast learners and only need to be shown once. This can hugely reduce your overheads.
We operate on a monthly retainer basis as this enables us to plan our time efficiently and, more importantly, ensures that our clients have guaranteed access to our services for the number of hours they need us for.
The minimum number of retained hours is 10 per month.
Retainer work is billed 50% upfront and 50% at the end of the month.
Unused hours are not carried over.
Hours must be spread evenly throughout the month (you must aim to use roughly 25% per week of your monthly hours to avoid a build-up that is not possible for us to honour).
A month’s notice is required to terminate the contract or reduce your retained monthly hours. However, when you first come on board, there is no tie in period for the first 2 months.
This is to allow you to see for yourself how happy you are with our service before you commit.
Should you require more hours than you retain, as long as we have availability, we will gladly carry out additional hours for you on an ad-hoc basis. Although please understand that we are only guaranteed to be available for the hours you have retained.
